Two of our most anticipated releases of the year dropped brand new music yesterday. So stop what you’re doing and give them a listen.

Rush Midnight‘s self-titled debut album is out May 27 on Last Gang Records and Nylon Magazine got the pleasure of premiering his third synthy single from the record, Fix Me Up.

“The New York musician’s new single “Fix Me Up” packs a serious punch–and between the spacey intro and his slick chorus, it’s only a matter of time before the track creeps up onto a sweaty dance floor near you. “

AND–the long awaited first single from Finnish producer Huoratron‘s follow up EP to 2012’s Cryptocracy is finally here! Well – kind of. If you head to The Quietus, you can hear a snippet of DDoS, the first single from the Acid Reign EP (out July 7 on Last Gang Records), in the form of a teaser for the track’s epic music video, dropping soon.

Huoratron will also be playing our ten year anniversary party May 22 in Toronto, alongside label mates MSTRKRFT and Ethan Kath of Crystal Castles. This is one live show you do not want to miss.

“Says Aku Raski, the man himself: “As always, my work is informed by my perception of salient events in world politics and the global economy, but also by the growth and increasing unity of mind apparent in the music of Huoratron. It’s becoming better and the seams on the Frankenstein are disappearing.”
